New to kayaking? Never kayaked before? Then this Adventure is for you! During your 5-hour Adventure, we'll search secluded beaches accessible only by kayak. Be prepared to get muddy... These trips take place in tidal creeks where our signature pluff mud can be found, so you may also experience a complimentary mud bath!

Beyond the mud, participants find teeth from shark species ranging from the ever elusive Megalodon, to his ancestor Carcharocles angustidens, to intricately-patterned smaller teeth such as those from thresher and snaggletooth sharks! Other fossils represented include: corals, sea biscuits, mollusks, stingrays, fish, sea turtles, and more, all as old as 28-30 million years!

All gear is provided (kayak, paddle, life vest, safety gear) so all you have to provide is yourself, food, water, and an adventurous spirit!

Youths ages 10-15 must be in a tandem kayak with an adult 18+. As a result, CFA kindly asks that one adult is present for every youth ages 10-15; three youths means three adults!

Explanation of the $300 Minimum:
All 1/2 Day Tours are subject to a $300 minimum. If not met by the day of booking, the client's card will be charged the difference to bring the balance up to $300. This is only applicable to trips where the group sum does not total $300 (e.g. 2 adults using CFA gear: $238). However, if others book the same trip, or the original booking exceeds $300, no additional charge will be added.
Trip Examples:
2 adults "John and Sarah" sign up: Pay $238 at time of booking. No other members sign up for John and Sarah's trip. John and Sarah pay an additional $62 on day of trip to meet the $300 minimum.
1 adult 1 youth "Family A" signs up: Pays $204 at time of booking. "Family B" of 2 adults sign up and pay $238. Neither Family A nor B is charged any additional cost because the total booking exceeds the $300 minimum.
2 adult 1 youth "Family A" signs up: Pays $323 at time of booking. No other members sign up. Family A does not incur additional charges, having already met the $300 minimum.
