This handmade .925 sterling silver capped pendant features a shark coprolite nugget -- AKA fossil poop! These nuggets are capped and set their raw form.

The split teardrop shaped bail opening can accommodate a larger chain if desired. (Chain not included).

The pendant measures .9 inches long from the top of the bail by .49 inches wide by .25 inches tall/thick.

The fossilized poop is millions of years old and was collected locally in Charleston, South Carolina.  It takes very specific conditions for these nuggets to fossilize, making them not only a novelty, but also a bit harder to find. The sterling cap is made entirely by hand to fit each nugget, as no two are ever the same shape.
 
No one need know you're wearing shark poop, unless you tell them. But it's also a great conversation starter wrapped up in one unique piece of jewelry, so why not?
