This large Southwestern inspired handmade sterling silver artisan bolo features a ten Kingman mine bezel set turquoise cabochons flanking an extinct jet black great white shark tooth in the center. The edge is scalloped and set with stamped cutouts. Each element was made by hand from the thick twist wire to the stamped overlay. From the tips to the slide it's all sterling silver.

This piece was designed and created by CFA owner Ashby Gale and features his maker's mark on the reverse.

The bolo slide measures 3 1/2 inches long  by 2 3/8 inches wide. The bolo measures 34 inches long or about 19 inches from the back of the neck to the tips.

The beautiful varigated Kingman turquoise cabs were mined in Arizona. The extinct great white tooth was locally collected here in Charleston, South Carolina. The woven black leather is top-grade and sourced from a US seller. It will be slightly stiff until the slide is worked in a bit.

Makes a great gift for the shark-lover in the family and is a one-of-a kind treasure. Don't let this one be the one that gets away!
